This traditional restored Ibiza villa sits in San Lorenzo area, by Santa Eulalia, in the heart of the island. The vacation rental enjoys 415 m2 and 4500 m2 of garden. The house offers serenity and tranquility but easy access to many top notch restaurants of the area, Santa Eulalia, San Antonio and Ibiza towns. The house boasts a private heated pool of 14 x 4 m and several cozy chill-out areas.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa features 5 bedrooms. There are 2 of them are in the main house, 2 in the tower and 1 in the garden. The main house enjoys a master bedrooms benefiting from 2 entrances - from the garden and from the main house. It features a king-size bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The second room can be laid out as a twin room or a double room (king-size bed). It has a bathroom with a shower.
Further on, the tower bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds. Both come with en-suite bathrooms. One of the rooms enjoys an outdoor shower with hot water.
The garden bedroom benefits form a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower.
All the bedrooms benefit from TVs and AC, have terraces, small fridges and espresso machines. The garden bedrooms enjoys Netflix access.
