This luxury vill rental Ibiza was built in 1964 and tastefully refurbished combining the charm of the sixties and modern amenities. It is just a short walk away from Port d´ es Torrent sandy beach and the rocky sea bed of Punta de Sa Pedrera featuring the charming Ibiza fisherman houses known as casetas varadero. Offering a fenced garden, 5 bedrooms and a private swimming pool of 23 m, this house is an ideal place for a family vacation in the Balearic islands.
The house has been built with attention to the natural ventilation and normally even during the hot Ibiza summers, AC is not needed.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The houses features 5 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people maximum including children. All the bedrooms enjoy AC and have private bathrooms. The ground floor bedrooms are not communicating with the main house and can be accessed only via independent entrances (from outdoors).
Bedroom 1: master, ground floor, queen-size bed, private bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 2: twin beds, ground floor, private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: queen-size bed, ground floor, private bathroom.
Bedroom 4: queen-size bed, first floor, private bathroom.
Bedroom 5: 4 single beds, first floor, private bathroom.
Living areas
The villa common areas include a cozy living room, a totally equipped kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen enjoys 3 ovens including a Gaggenau professional oven, 2 dishwasher, 2 fridge-freezers, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware. The living room enjoys a sitting area with a fireplace
There is a Bose sound link, WIFI and local cable TV.
The house features a writing desk in one of the rooms for those who need to work during their vacation.
Outdoors
The house is surrounded by a fenced garden. It has retaining walls. The swimming pool has chlorine-treated salt water. There is a 2 m long area suitable for supervised kids (0,3 m depth), then after a couple of steps there is a deeper area of 1,2 m (10 m long), the rest of the pool is around 2 m deep.
There is a outdoor shower by the pool.
The Ibiza villa enjoys a BBQ area with a grill and a lounge area.
There is a parking area for 2 cars.

This house sits in Sant Josep next to Port d Es Torrent. The beach is around 9 minutes´ walk away. Moreover, around 5 minutes´ walk away there is a rocky cove with traditional fisherman houses. Further on, Cala Bassa beach and Cala Comte beach are around 9 minutes´ drive away.
San Antonio Abad town is around 15 minutes´ away and Ibiza town is around 25 minutes´ drive away.
The closest supermarket is Cuco known for its good meats. The first restaurant is a beach bar sitting in Port Es Torrent beach, further on, there are restaurants on the other beaches around within 5 - 15 minutes drive away.
Ibiza airport can be reached in a bout 20 minutes.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 55% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable.
Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
