This luxury villa rental Majorca boasts tasteful decoration and offers serenity and quietness within a 10 ha vineyard. With gorgeous mountain and sea views, situated between two small towns, the house is perfect for family vacation in the Balearic islands. Beaches, hiking trails and cycling routes lie within a short drive. The property is a part of a bigger estate housing one more house. Both houses have gardens and can be rented together or separately. They share a tennis court and a basketball hoop.

Check in after 17:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in summer is Saturday. All other periods are flexible, upon request. Stays of 3 nights out of season are considered, please, enquire.
Payment Policy
In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than one month before arrival together with the security deposit. The security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, if any, shall no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation one month before arrival or less, early departure or no show, the total amount will be retained as a penalty.
