This villa to rent in Marbella sits in the town itself. It is just 10 minutes´ walk form the Old town and the beach. The house sleeps eight people. There are three floors and a top-floor terrace.
Basement floor
The level enjoys bedroom with a king-size bed. It comes with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition, the room benefits from a table tennis, a cinema room and an adjacent sauna.
Ground floor
This floor houses the living areas. The living room has a sitting and a dining area. It opens on the terrace. Further on, there is a garden. Also, the floor has a kitchen. The floor has a guest WC.
First floor
Further on, this level houses three bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom. Above all, the room enjoys a king-size bed, a private terrace with sea views. In addition, the room comes with an en-suite bathroom. It has a stand-alone rain shower, Jacuzzi and bathtub. Unlike, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Both come with double beds (150 x 200 cm). Moreover, one of them has a balcony.
Top floor terrace
This level is home to the rooftop deck. it has a solarium, a lounge. Above all, the space enjoys fantastic sea views.

This detached villa sits in Marbella town. It is just 10 minutes´ walk from the beach and old town. Thus, the property enjoys many shops and cafes within a short walk. For example, the nearest restaurant is only 5 minutes away.
Marbella Old town offers plenty of nice spots. Both sightseeing points and eateries. Its famous Plaza de Los Naranjos is only 10 minutes´ walk away from the house.
Costa del Sol airport is reachable in 36 minutes by car. While Malaga town is 52 minutes´ drive away.
For shopping you can either go down to Marbella centre, Puerto Banus or La Cañada Shopping Mall. All are within 10 minutes´ drive or walk.
