Two bedrooms are on the lower floor, while the other three are on the upper one. Three bedrooms have double beds of 150 x 200 cm, while the other two enjoy king-size beds. All the room benefit from AC. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and enjoys an en-suite bathroom. It has a bathtub with a shower faucet. The room comes with a private balcony with a sitting area. Also, the other bedroom with a king-size bed comes with a private balcony plus one of the double rooms has a balcony as well. Further on, the second bathroom has a bathtub with a shower faucet, a WC and a bidet. Last, there is a guest WC.

Further on, Marbella Old town with the famous Plaza de Los Naranjos is only 12 minutes away. The square lined with orange trees enjoys several cafes and tapas bars. Moreover, the town has a vaster offer of eateries and shops in addition to Puerto Banus.
