Outdoors
The villa boasts an al-fresco dining table for 8 and a BBQ. There is a salt-water swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a poolside showers. The pool can be heated upon request (not included). The parking space takes 2 cars. In addition, there is a professional Joola table tennis.
The rooftop enjoys a lounge area with a sofa and a coffee table, outdoor privacy screen. The roof holds the solar panels.

Fast-developing city of Malaga, offers a wide range of interesting shops, cafes and restaurants as well as contemporary and Baroque architecture. Marbella, in its turn, is a smaller and more sea retreat town, yet with a good offer of top-notch restaurants and shops. The coastal area of Mijas enjoys several shops and supermarkets, ice-cream shops, cafes and restaurants.

Reasonable water and electricity are included.
Pool heating is NOT included (500 EUR per week, subject to changes). The request to heat the pool must be made and paid in full at least 7 days before arrival.

Limpieza final: Final cleaning is included shall the house be left in a reasonable state. Any extra cleaning or rubbish disposal will be charged to the guests.

The property is strictly non-smoking.

Check in/out policy

Check in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is flexible. Minimum stay in summer is 7 nights, minimum stay for the rest of the year is 5 nights.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay 50% as a reservation deposit. The balance and the damage deposit are due no later than 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Paid amounts are not refundable.
