The rental property is distributed over three levels and features a lift. The upper ground floor houses the landing, the open-plan living space, a guest wc and a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a balcony, a spacious terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The living area is divided into the kitchen, the sitting area and the dining area that open onto an ample terrace with lounge and al-fresco dining facilities. On the side, there is a huge dining conservatory with a full kitchen and barbecue. The first floor has a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony and the landing. Both bedrooms benefit from dressing areas and terraces, both bathrooms enjoy bathtubs and showers. The lower ground floor is home to the main sleeping area with seven bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms fitted with showers, the sauna, the jacuzzi, games area and the swimming pool. The house has complimentary wifi. Additional Information
Gastos de alquiler: Reasonable expenses of gas, water, electricity and Internet are included (300 EUR per week). The metre reading will be taken upon yur arrivl and upon your departure, any usage overe the contribution shall be paid on departure. Pool and jacuzzi heating shall be paid apart.
Limpieza semanal: A weekly change of bedlinen and towels is inlcuded.

Payment Policy
Para alquilar la propiedad hay que pagar un depósito de reserva del 50% (dividido en dos partes: al principio se paga el 20%, después se paga el 30%) del precio total de alquiler. Un mes antes de la llegada hay que pagar el resto junto con la fianza. La fianza se devuelve después de la salida si no hay destrozos y desperfectos de la propiedad.
Cancellation Policy
En caso de cancelación de la reserva más de un mes antes de la llegada el depósito de reserva no es reembolsable. En caso de cancelación de la reserva un mes (o menos) antes de la llegada: 100% del coste de alquiler no es reembolsable.
