The Golden Mile vacation home has three bedrooms and sleeps six adults. Beds for two children or a baby cot can be added upon request. There are two king-size beds and two single beds pushed together. Two bedrooms are located on the lower level. Both come with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces. The same floor houses the common areas including a living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen. The third bedrooms is set on the upper level and enjoys a private bathroom, a sauna and a terrace. The vacation villa rental Marbella features WIFI, a safe, a minibar and domotics. Outside, there is a private pool and an al-fresco dining area. The villa is located within an upscale resort with a gym, a kids´club, bars and restaurants and a spa with a seawater pool, a steam room. Treatments are available upon request.

Puerto Banus is known its luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, Dolce Gabbana and many others and fine restaurants. Malaga and its airport can be reached in about 40 minutes by car, while a trip to the capital of Andalusia, Sevilla, will take you about 2 hours and a half. Costa del Sol is known for its fantastic weather all year round with up to 320 sunny days per year and more than 70 golf clubs of all the levels. These two points have converted it into one of the best vacation destinations in the world.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property in low season (Mid September - end of May) you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance.
In order to reserve the property in high season (End of May - mid September) you must pay the total rent upon reservation. The Security Deposit shall be guaranteed by a credit card at arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation 2 months or less than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: 100% of the total rent is non-refundable.
