This charming property sits right by the beach within a top-level luxury resort in the Golden Mile, one of the most sought after areas of Marbella. Benefiting form a wide range of amenities that will make your vacation completely carefree, the place is perfect for several couples of a family with children. The villa enjoys around 400 m2, the plot is about 1000 m2. It is set around a courtyard like a traditional Andalusian cortijo. The whole building is on one level.
The resort features a spa with a seawater pool (directly accessible form the villa), a sauna, a gym, a kids´ club and a beach club. Moreover, there are several cafes and restaurants.

The property sits in a five-star resort benefiting from excellent amenities including a beach club, a kid´s club, a spa and a gym. Also, it features a couple of restaurants and cafes.
The closest supermarket is around 14 minutes´ walk away, while some first-need products can be found in an organic foods cafe within around 5 minutes.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property in low season (Mid September - end of May) you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance.
In order to reserve the property in high season (End of May - mid September) you must pay the total rent upon reservation. The Security Deposit shall be guaranteed by a credit card at arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation 2 months or less than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: 100% of the total rent is non-refundable.
