The luxury let consists of the main house and an independent apartment. The main house caters 10 guests, there are five bedrooms. Three of them enjoy king-size beds, dressing areas, sitting areas and private terraces. The exquisite stone-and-marble bathrooms offer the guests large walk-in rain & rail showers and separate double-ended bathtubs. The master suite boasts a private sauna. The other two main-house bedrooms have two single beds each, two additional beds can be placed upon request. Both bedrooms have dressing areas, private terraces and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in rain & rail showers; one of them also enjoys a separate bathtub. The apartment benefits from a separate entrance and houses two glass-walled bedrooms with dressing areas and ensuite stone-and-marble bathrooms featuring walk-in rain & rail showers. The luxury apartment has a totally equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a dining table and a private terrace. The Marbella villa boasts a professional Home cinema with international channels and Dolby Surround system, AC, underfloor heating, Blu-ray HD DVD player with a movie library, a stereo system with an iPod dock, a dance floor, a championship pool table, table tennis, darts, a gym with a treadmill, cross trainer, rowing machine, exercise bike, free weights, bench, boxing bags, skipping rope, yoga matsa and a sit-up bench. Outside, the house is surrounded by lush gardens featuring a private heated pool and a Jacuzzi.

Payment Policy
Para alquilar la propiedad hay que pagar el depósito de reserva del 50% (dividido en dos partes: al principio se paga el 10%, después se paga el 40%) del precio total de alquiler. Un mes antes de la llegada hay que pagar el resto junto con la fianza. La fianza se devuelve después de la salida si no hay destrozos y desperfectos de la propiedad.
Cancellation Policy
En caso de cancelación de la reserva más de un mes antes de la llegada el depósito de reserva no es reembolsable. En caso de cancelación de la reserva un mes (o menos) antes de la llegada: 100% del coste de alquiler no es reembolsable.
