This luxury villa Marbella sits in the Golden Mile just few minutes from the beach. It is a part of a luxury resort featuring a gym, a sauna, a steam bath, a spa with treatments upon request. Also, there is a tennis club with 10 courts and paddle courts. Finally, there are several cafes and restaurants, including Michelin starred ones. The resort has a beach club and kids club and a swimming pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa sleeps 8 people. It enjoys 250 m2 of the house. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them come with king.size beds. While the 4th one has twin beds. All of theme are en-suite. The bathrooms enjoys marble, double vanity, bathtubs and/or rain showers. There are complimentary toiletries. All the rooms come with Nexus tablets.

Living areas

The luxury villa Marbella features a lounge area with a sofa and a dining area. Also, there is an outdoor lounge area. The entertainment facilities include a 70 inch TV with Bluetooth. The villa enjoys a kitchen.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
