This villa rental Marbella sits in the hills 20 minutes away from the town. It is in a gated residential area called El Madronal. Puerto Banus and the beach are about 15 minutes away. The house belonged to a Hollywood star and further on to a songwriter in the past. Nowadays the house ha opened its doors to the holiday makers. It sleeps 12-13 people in 7 bedrooms. The property enjoys AC and WIFI.

Upper floor

The upper floor houses six bedrooms including the master bedroom. It enjoys a four-poster king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Above all, the room benefits from a fireplace, a lounge area and a private terrace. Moreover, there is a TV and AC. The bathroom comes with a tub and a stand-alone shower. Further on, three more bedrooms come with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have AC and access to a balcony. All the bathrooms feature bathtubs with shower faucets. Finally, the floor has a family space consisting of 2 bedrooms. One of them comes with twin beds while the other one has a single bed. The rooms share a bathroom in the hallway. it features a bath and a shower.

Ground floor

Further on, the last bedrooms sits on the ground floor. It used to be an old music studio. The room enjoys a super king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room can take some extra beds upon request.
