Madronal Luxury Villa

This cozy traditional Andalusia villa sits in the hills above San Pedro town and Puerto Banus. It is located in a residential area called El Madronal. It is perfect for holiday makers looking for quietness and laid-back vacation. The house is built on different levels and enjoys 1.200 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and has private parking on gated driveway.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 10 bedrooms in the house. The main house features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a private sitting area and a terrace. It has a four-poster king-size bed. Its en-suite bathrooms benefits from a circular Jacuzzi tub and a shower. Further on, there is a walk-in closet and a fireplace. The next bedroom sits right by the master one. It has twin beds and a private bathroom with a tub and a shower. The third room enjoys direct access to the patio. It comes with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The other 4 bedrooms are in the tower wing. There are 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds, while the last one comes with twin beds. They share 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers (one per floor).

Then, there is an attic room located at its highest level of the villa. It benefits from twin beds. The last two bedrooms are situated in the pool suite. This area is perfect for a family of 4. One of the bedrooms features a queen-size bed, the other one comes with twins. Both enjoys bathrooms with a shower. The rooms share a lounge area, a dining table and a kitchenette.

Living room

The common areas include a music and events room with a full Bar sound system with a built-in projector and a living room. Also, there is a a gym with a cross-trainer, static bike, weights, treadmill and other equipment. The kitchen features an 8-ring gas hob, a double oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, water cooler, coffee machine and utensils. The dining room has a table for 10, some additional seating can be arranged.

Outdoors

For warmer days, there is an outdoor terrace accessed from the main entrance and the living and dining rooms. It features al-fresco dining areas, a lounge area, a bar with a BBQ. Further on, one level below the house, there is a heated pool (upon request from October to May) and a separate hot tub for 8. Next to it, there is a summer kitchen. The house enjoys a private parking area.
