Ground floor

This level houses the common areas. There is a dining area with a table of 3 x 1,5 m. It enjoys 8 armchairs Brno by Mies Van Der Rohe. Further on, there is a living room, 2 coffee table sets with 3 sofas and 3 armchairs. 2 of them are the famous Barcelona chairs by Mies Van Der Rohe. Finally, there is a totally-equipped kitchen. It benefits from a 10 m granite counter top, stove, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, blender, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. The same floor has a guest WC.

First floor

This level houses the master bedrooms. It comes with a king-size bed that can be laid out as a twin upon request. The room benefits from a Simmons pillow and a small sitting area. There is a private terrace, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, free standing bathtub and a WC.

Further on, the second bedroom also comes with a king-size bed. It can become a twin upon request. The room benefits from pool, mountain and sea views. There is a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. It has a double vanity, WC and a walk-in shower.

The last bedroom on this floor enjoys twin beds and a built-in closet.

Garden floor

This level has a bedroom with a king-size bed (also available in twin set-up). The room boasts access through floor-to-ceiling windows to a patio. The latter one enjoys hanging gardens and a fountain. The room comes with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a WC.

In addition, there is another bedroom with a king-size bed on this floor. As before, it can be laid out with twins. The bedroom benefits form access to a terrace with armchairs and a coffee table and the garden. The room features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a WC.

The same level houses another living room. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, a 5 m sofa and 3 lounge chairs. The room has 2 spaces. First, there is a home cinema with a high definition projector, a 5.1 surround sound system with a Pioneer amplifier, Corned Speakers and a 10 inch Velodyne subwoofer. Moreover, there is a DVD / Blu-ray player. There are smart TV functions. The other area comes with a 2,4 x 1,4 pool table.
