Bedroom 4: queen-size bed, bathroom with a stand-alone shower shared with bedroom 3, first floor.
Bedroom 5: queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, basement floor.
Bedroom 6: queen-size bed, bathroom with a shower shared with the lounge area, basement floor.
There is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor.
One more bedroom on the basement floor can be prepared upon request (please, reach out before making the booking, subject to availability).

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, the total amount will be retained as a penalty fee.
