This Puerto Banus modern villa is situated within an easy walk to the beach and enjoys two swimming pools. One is for the children and the other one is for adults. This property is ideal for a family vacation in Marbella or for a small group of friends thanks to its proximity to all the facilities a holiday maker might need. There are four bedrooms, all of them feature private bathrooms plus the house has a guest WC. Common areas include a spacious hall, a living room with two sitting areas, a dining area, a totally equipped kitchen and outdoor spaces. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys access to the garden and a breakfast bar. Among its facilities you will find a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a hob, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware. The living room opens on the terrace and the garden boasting two swimming pools, a sunbathing area with loungers, an al-fresco dining table and a small chill-out area. Parking is available on the street.

For high-end shopping, you shall either go to Puerto Banus marina boasting many world-known boutiques including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dolce Gabbana or to El Corte Ingles above it. The latter one also features a big supermarket with a wide variety of fresh, dry and canned foods from all over the world. Malaga airport can be reached in about 45 minutes and Malaga town itself is less than one hour away.

Additional Information
Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist Tax.
Gastos de alquiler: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.
Limpieza final: Final cleaning is included when the villa is left in acceptable conditions. If the villa is not treated respectfully, left very dirty and the trash is not taken out, additional cleaning of 100 EUR will be retained from the security deposit.
Otros: Extra bed is available upon request (50 EUR per night per person (pre booking is required, subject to availability)).

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 12:00.
Early check in (upon availability 150 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival). Late check-out (upon availability 250 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival).
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together. The Security Deposit will be block on a Credit Card at arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All the cancellations must be made in written. Failure to pay the amounts on time, send a written cancellation or present a valid ID upon arrival shall be considered a cancellation made by the guests. The refundable amounts will be given back to the guests within 10 days from the cancellation. For normal rates: In case of cancellation three (3) or more months before arrival, 35% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than two (2) months before arrival but more than one (1) month before arrival, 65% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation one (1) month before arrival or less, or in case of no-show, 100% of the renta is non-refundable. For special rates: 100% of the rent is non refundable. Changes of reservations are not accepted.
