This property is situated in a residential area in Puerto Banus just 10 minutes away from the marina famous for its A-list guests and luxury shops. Marbella city center with its winding streets, small local shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, ATms and other town facilities can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Closer form the villa, there is a shopping mall in Puerto Banus right above The community is practically surrounded by different golf courses of all the levels ad to all the tastes. For proximity, you can chose either Aloha Golf Club that is about 10 minutes away or Real Club de Golf Guadalmina that can be reached in no more than 8 minutes´ by car. Costa del Sol International Airport is 40 minutes´ drive away and the capital of the area, Malaga, is less than one hour drive away from the vacation villa.

In winter, an uncovered pool won’t reach a temperature higher than 20C. Pool heating can be booked only for the whole stay.

Limpieza final: Final cleaning is included when the villa is left in acceptable conditions. If the villa is not treated respectfully, left very dirty and the trash is not taken out, additional cleaning of 100 EUR will be retained from the security deposit.

Check in/out policy
Check-in after 16:00.Check-out before 12:00.Early check in (upon availability 150 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival). Late check-out (upon availability 250 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival).
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together. The Security Deposit will be block on a Credit Card at arrival.
All the cancellations must be made in written. Failure to pay the amounts on time, send a written cancellation or present a valid ID upon arrival shall be considered a cancellation made by the guests. The refundable amounts will be given back to the guests within 10 days from the cancellation. For normal rates: In case of cancellation three (3) or more months before arrival, 35% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than two (2) months before arrival but more than one (1) month before arrival, 65% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation one (1) month before arrival or less, or in case of no-show, 100% of the renta is non-refundable. For special rates: 100% of the rent is non refundable. Changes of reservations are not accepted.
