The house has several supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and golf courses just a short distance away. The world-known Nikki beach is only 10 minutes away by car and Marbella Old town can be reached in about 13 minutes. There are several popular beach clubs and pop up beach bars around.

The house is laid out on three levels connected by an open-plan staircase. It features a private pool, comfortable common areas and 6 bedrooms sleeping 12. All fo them have bathrooms, 3 of the bathrooms have showers, the other 3 enjoy bathtubs.
Ground floor
This level houses a hallway and a spacious living area. The room opens onto the terrace featuring a private pool. Further on, there is a totally equipped kitchen and a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. The floor houses 4 bedrooms, 3 of them enjoy access to the garden and pool areas en benefit from views over the dunes and the sea.
