The basement level has a staff area that can also be used by the guests upon request. There is a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchenette. The bedroom has a queen-size bed that can be split into twin beds upon request. Further on, you will find a laundry and a storage room with a washer-dyer. All the bedrooms come with AC. The common areas are located on ground floor with the main living area opening onto the the terrace. There is satellite TV, a stereo system and WIFI. Further on, there is an indoor dining area, an outdoor dining for eight, a wine cellar and a totally equipped kitchen. The latter one features a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, an island with a hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchenware and tableware.
