Luxury Villa San Sebastian : Located within less than one hour from San Sebastian, atop of a cliff overhanging the tumultuous waves known and beloved by the surfers from all over the world, this house offers truly magnificent views. The mansion enjoys 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people. Having entered the main house, you find yourself in the living room with a sitting area and a small gallery with a tea table overlooking the sea. You can contemplate the sunset here. The sitting area is fitted with comfortable sofas and benefits from great views. There is a DVD, a music system and a TV. The living room accesses the dining room with an American kitchen, perfectly equipped with all the modern facilities. The same floor comprises a bathroom, a bedroom and an office.
On the first floor, there are four further bedrooms. The first bedroom has a private bathroom area with a bathtub. Second and third bedrooms enjoy sea views. The further sleeping facilities are located on the second floor. Right under the roof, in front of the fifth bedroom, you will have a sitting area. The fifth bedroom also has magnificent views over the sea. In total, there are 4 king-size beds (180 cm), 2 super king-size beds (200 cm).

Motrico is a town situated in the northern part of Spain, on Biscay, in the Basque Country. Known for the best waves beloved by the surfers, the town offers not only sports & eating out options, but also a variety of cultural spots, primarily typical buildings. There are two beaches close to the villa, one is at about 1,5 km, there is no pathway and it would be better to take a car to get there. The beach has a natural pool. The other beach is at about 2 km. Motrico is lying close to San Sebastian that, as well as the Basque Country, is justly known as one of the most naturally beautiful and picturesque areas of Spain. Located on the coast of the Bay of Biscay and surrounded by hills and green nature, making it a perfect romantic getaway destination, San Sebastian enjoys unforgettable ocean views. Being a popular resort and a famous surf point, San Sebastian, The Cultural Capital of Europe 2016, also offers its guests intellectual entertainment. Modern architecture stands here next to the Belle Epoque buildings. The glamorous la Concha beach is located next to the Old Town with its Cathedral, Basilicia of Santa Maria, San Telmo Museum, Sant Vicente Church and Mitxelena Art Centres, ruins of the Town Walls and plenty of pintxo bars and restaurants. It s there where the so-called Romantic Area with the famous street Calle Reyes Catolicos, beautiful Cathedral of Buen Pastor, the area resembling Paris or Venice, is located, that, in addition, is has best shopping streets of the city. Visit the ancient Miramar Palace that is also set next to the La Concha Beach, go to the City Hall, and cross Maria Cristina Bridge. San Sebastian houses the famous International Cinema Festival, Jazz Festival and a Music Festival that gather cinema and music amateurs from all around the world.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
