A palace of a Spanish monarch once, this luxury villa Seville has been totally restored. It benefits from a charming rooftop terrace overlooking Spain square and Maria Luisa park. The house is only 15 minutes´ walk away from the city centre and its world-heritage landmarks. City villa, it sleeps up to 14 people and 3 floors. The house enjoys a private terrace with an al-fresco dining table.
Basement floor
This level has access to the rear courtyard. It enjoys a bedroom with two beds of 90 x 200 cm each and a private bathroom with a shower. There is a parking space for 1 vehicle, in addition another car can be parked at the entrance. Further on, there is another bedroom with a private bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. This area is at the back of the house and has certain independence so it can be used for staff.
Ground floor
This floor enjoys the main common areas. They comprise of a living - dining room, 1 bedroom, a kitchen and an additional small dining room. The living room has a dining table enjoys a table for 8 - 10 people. The bedroom of this floor comes with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. The kitchen has direct access to the rear courtyard ideal for summer breakfasts.
First floor
The upper level houses 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom enjoys 2 wide single beds (105 x 200 cm each), while the second one comes with 2 single beds of 90 cm each. These bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway. Further on, the third bedroom also comes with two wide single beds of 105 cm. It has a bathtub in the room. Finally, the fourth bedroom enjoys two single beds (90 cm each). It comes with a private bathroom with a shower.

The nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes´ walk away. Downtown with the Cathedral, Alcazar of Seville, Archive of the Indies and other city landmarks is about 15 minutes´ walk away.
