Luxury Villas Sitges : You are in an miraculous stony fortress built in XVIII century, that has been recently refurbished with the use of organic materials. There are two houses and several utility buldings in it: a villa and a smaller landlord house,a wine celler and horse stables, all located around the ancient water well, next to the remembering-history oil press. The ground floor of the villa occupies 800 sq.m. There is a cozy chill-out area, cocktail saloon, living-dining room with a large wooden table and a fireplace. From here you can move directly to the kitchen or outside, to the patio, to prepare a barbeque in the lounge area, enjoying the calmness. On the first floor you will find 5 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Entering here, you come into a spacious reception area with two balconies. One of them overlooks the patio and the well, the other one enjoys the seaviews and Sitges that is only about 5-minutes-drive away. On the second floor there is only the master suite that, therefore, will make you feel absolutely exclusive. The bedroom overlooks the amazing Garraf Natural Park. The landlord house offers you not a standard experience. It was also restored with organic materials, but was left as in the old days. There is no power and all the amenities remind you about the ancient good times. On its first floor there is a spacious chill-out area with the Moroccan touch, that seems a bit ragged, but extremely stylish. there is also a living room and a kitchen with a fireplace. On the second floor there is also a reception room, but there are only 4 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Events and celebrations are welcome. The property features a small plunge pool that was used for wine production in the old times.

You are next to Sitges. There are a few restaurants that very typical Catalan food. There is also a butchers, a mini market, a post office, a bank, a couple of bars and an Irish pub. There are many vineyards and there bodegas in the area which can be visited. Two world wide famous ones are Codorniu and Freixenet. Through Garrafs park there are mountain tracks that take you to Sitges which has a long sandy beach and good restaurants where fresh fish is served. Mountain biking is also very popular in this area as one can use all the tracks in the park. (Normally there are 2 adult bikes in the villa, confirm if bikes are wanted when booking is made). There are stables next to the villa, where one can enjoy horse riding. There are tennis courts 5km from the villa. There are 2 golf courses near the villa. One has 18 holes par 72 opposite the beach. The other one has 2 courses, one has 18 holes par 73, for skilled players, designed by Jose Maria Olazabal, and the other one has 9 holes for average players.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50%, divided into two parts of 20% and 30%, in advance. One (1) month before arrival you are to pay the balance of 50%. The Security Deposit shall be left in cash upon aarrival and will be given back, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
