Luxury Rentals Sitges : Located by the beach, this modern semi-detached house with a private pool enjoys all the modern facilities you might need for a comfortable stay. Sleeping six, the house comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest wc, a living room and a kitchen with a dining area. Well-fitted, the kitchen benefits from an island and direct access to the pool. There is a hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, kitchenware and tableware pieces. The living room has a TV area with international channels. The house features AC, Internet connection, heating and entry phone. Two bedrooms are fitted with double beds, one of them is the master bedroom boasting a private bathroom equipped with a shower. The third bedroom is outfitted wth two single beds and share a bathroom with the second bedroom. Laundry facilities include a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Outside, the luxury villa for rent has a private pool with several lounge areas and a al-fresco dining. Off street parking is available.

The holiday villa is located within 45 m from the beach right by Sitges, in the area of Terramar. Sitges is one of the most famous seaside villages of Europe. It enjoys some of Spain's and Barcelona's most finest restaurants, fabulous nightlife, numerous beaches and great shopping. Also, it's only 30 minutes from the centre of Barcelona and 20 minutes from the airport making it a perfect location to enjoy a relaxing seaside environment with the convenience of a major and culturally enriched city. The Villa is situated close to the Garraf National Park, which is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The area also boasts several vineyards and wineries with many offering tours and wine tasting. Just 5 minutes, is the bustling social and beach life of Sitges and 5 minutes from a well-established 18-hole golf course. South of Sitges is the historic city of Tarragona with its Roman amphitheatre and PortAventura with it's roller coasters, rides and Aquatic Park. Travel west and visit Montserrats Benedictine sanctuary with its famous Black Madonna. To the north, Medieval Gerona and Dalis Museum in Figueres. Not forgetting Barcelona one of the hippest cities in Spain, which is only 30 mins away by car or train.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One month (1) before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
