The chalet is located in the area of Brigues. It enjoys a great location close to the resort centre and ski slopes. The house is just 200 m away from a path leading to the snow front, and around 5 minutes away you will find a gondola going directly to Grangettes. The ski chalet enjoys 3 levels, 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8. It boasts a private leisure area with a Jacuzzi and a sauna.
Basement Floor
This level houses the leisure areas including the Indoor Jacuzzi, a shower and a sauna. The same floor holds a laundry room and a ski room with a boots heater. There is a wood stove.
Ground Floor
Further on, the ground floor houses a lobby, a garage and one bedroom.
Bedroom 1: bunk bed of 80 x 190 cm, wardrobe, TV, 2 single beds (90 x 190cm each), en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a WC.
First Floor
Three following rooms sit on the first floor.
Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, wardrobe, terrace, TV, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a WC.
Bedroom 3: queen-size bed, safe, wardrobe, terrace, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), wardrobe, terrace, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This ski chalet sits right by Courchevel 1550 village. It is just 200 m away from a walk leading to the snow front and around 5 minutes walk away from a gondola leading to the Grangettes.
The airports of the area are easy to reach. The Courchevel altiport is around 13 minutes away, Chambery can be reached in about 1 h, while Geneva and Lyon are around 2 h drive.

Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 35%.
The balance along with the security deposit against damages is due no later than 61 day before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 61 day before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation less than 61 day before arrival but more than 30 days before arrival, 90% is non refundable.
In case of cancellation less 30 days before arrival, early departure or no show, 100% of the rent will be retained as penalty.
