Having an easy access to the main sightseeing city points and being a neighbour to the famous Lafayette Galleries, the luxury apartment will make your holiday in Paris carefree and easy. The rental sleeps four people. It comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The living room is divided into two spaces, there is a seating area with a TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern electric appliances and equipment you will need during your stay. You can find there a hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a fridge freezer, cutlery, pots, pans and dishes. Both bedrooms are outfitted with queen-size beds and benefit from double glazing. One of them enjoys a TV. One of the bathrooms has a shower, the other one is fitted with a bathtub.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
