Simple in design and cozy, this flat will give you an advantage to have al-fresco breakfast right in Paris. The property sleeps four people. Distributed over 100 sq.m and three floors accessed by stairs, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, a kitchen, a laundry room, a kitchen and a terrace. The main bedroom enjoys a king-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed that might be useful if you are travelling with a child. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both have TVs. The bathrooms are fitted with showers and toilets, the master one also features a bathtub. The lounge has a stereo system, books and an iPod docking station; adjacent to it, there is a dining area and a kitchen. Fully equipped, the kitchen features a hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a juicer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a hood, cutlery, pots and pans and tableware. The laundry facilities include a washer-dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
