Holiday Apartments Paris : This modern rental apartment in Paris is located not far form the Siene by the famous Place Saint Michel with its romantic fountain and sleeps four adults. Being in the city centre, it has an easy access to numerous eating out and shopping facilities and stands withina  short walk from the monumental Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral. The property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a storage room. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other one has a double bed of 140 cm. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers. The living room has a single sofa bed, a TV and a DVD. The guests will be able to cook in the totally equipped kitchen coming with fridge freezer, a microwave, an oven, a hob, a kettle, a blender, a mixer, a toaster, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
