Luxury Villas Provence : It´s a traditional Provencal estate perfect for a relaxing vacation set between two lovely villages with plenty of historic sites and places to enjoy. Surrounded by truly beautiful lands, the place offers you tranquility and serenity. The house comprises five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. Outside, there is a private garden with a pool and a barbecue area. Four bedrooms are outfitted with queen-size beds, while the fifth one has two queen-size beds. Four bedrooms have private terraces. All the bedrooms enjoy private bathrooms. Two of them are equipped with showers, another two have bathtubs with shower faucets, and the last one has a tub, a shower and a bidet. There is a separate toilet. The house features a totally equipped kitchen fitted with a coffee-maker, a hob, a microwave, a fridge, an oven a toaster and a full set of cutlery and kitchenware. The dining area sits up to 12 people. The laundry facilities include the washing machine, the dryer, an iron and ironing board. The living room has a TV with international channels, a DVD-player and a stereo system. The luxury house benefits from a cozy fireplace and offers you active entertainment with the baby-foot and table tennis.

Payment Policy

Para alquilar la propiedad hay que pagar un depósito de reserva del 50% (dividido en dos partes: al principio se paga el 20%, después se paga el 30%) del precio total de alquiler. Un mes antes de la llegada hay que pagar el resto junto con la fianza. La fianza se devuelve después de la salida si no hay destrozos y desperfectos de la propiedad.

Cancellation Policy

En caso de cancelación de la reserva más de un mes antes de la llegada el depósito de reserva no es reembolsable. En caso de cancelación de la reserva un mes (o menos) antes de la llegada: 100% del coste de alquiler no es reembolsable.
