Situated in the borderlands of Brittany, Normandy and Loire Valley, this holiday castle would be a great point for the area exploration. Lying within a short drive from a small town, the castle has an easy access to the eating out facilities and shops. The famous film Impromptu about Frederick Chopin and George Sand was filmed there. Set on a plot of 50 ha, the castle comprises of the main building, an old orangery and a lodge. The main building sleeps 22 people. There are ten bedrooms. Nine of them are double, the tenth one has four sleeping places. There are two bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms with a shower and a bath. The third one has a double bed that can be split into two single beds upon request. The bathroom is fitted with a bath. The fourth bedroom has the same amenities. The fifth one has the same sleeping facilities but benefits from a lake view and a private dressing room. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. Further two bedrooms have double beds that can be split into singles, a shower and a separate toilet. One of them can be connected to the first bedroom via a private corridor, the other one can be connected to the eighth bedroom. It is fitted with a double bed that can be split into two single ones. The bathroom has a bath, a separate shower and a separate toilet. The ninth bedroom has the same amenities, but the shower and the bath share the same space. The last sleeping space is a suite. It has a room with double bed and a room with a bunk bed perfect for children. There are two bathrooms. One comes with a bath, the other one has a shower. Further sleeping facilities are located in the former orangery in the middle of the castle´s park. There are six bedrooms. Three are double and enjoy private bathrooms, one is a space with three bedrooms sharing a bathroom. For those looking for a unique experience, there is a lodge in the middle of the forest. It sleeps two in a double bedroom. The space boasts a sauna and a fireplace. The living spaces include various salons with Versailles-like parquet floors, pearl-grey paneling and silk curtains. The big living room boasts a fireplace and a library with a French snooker. Outside facilities feature a tennis, a table tennis, a trampoline, a children´s yard, football goalposts, a pool, and a vast garden with a lake. The pool is heated ( 12 x 6 m) and is surrounded by flower gardens.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% in advance. 10% shall be paid with a credit card, 40% shall be paid via bank. 1 (one) month before arrival you will have to pay the balance of the rent of 50%. The security deposit against damages shall be transferred together with the balance 1 (one) month before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable. Should the balance not be paid 1 month before arrival, the reservation shall be considered cancelled.
