Situated within 1 km from Acropolis entrance at its foothill, this holiday house enjoys a perfect location for the exploration of Athens. Totally renovated, the property has kept some traditional elements. Distributed over three levels, the place sleeps eight. The ground floor houses a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, a guest WC and a patio with an al-fresco dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, kitchenware and tableware. The first floor has the sleeping area. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed, a TV, a wardrobe. a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Further on, there are a twin bedroom and a queen-size bedroom sharing a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor houses the master bedroom fitted with a king-size bed. It boasts an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. There is a terrace with sun loungers and a pergola-covered lounge area. The vacation house in Athens features an alarm system, a safe box, an elevator, a sound system, a TV with satellite channels and WIFI.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. The balance shall be paid no later than one (1) week before arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent shall be paid. In case of no show or an early departure, 100% of the total rent shall be paid.
