This luxury vacation rental by the beach is located just 20 min away from Athens, Greece. Enjoying stunning sea views, the villa would be a great choice for those ooking for a retreat. The holiday home in Athens sleeps eight. There are five bedrooms, four full en-suite bathrooms and two separate toilets. The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, its bathroom is fitted with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower. Further two bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, their bathrooms are equipped with showers. The fourth bedrom has twin beds, its bathroom features a shower as well. The fifth bedroom has a bunk bed. The kitchen is perfectly equipped fr a carefree vacation in Greece. You will find there a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge freezer, pans and pots, utensils and kitchenware pieces. The dining area seats 10. The entertainment facilities of the living room include a TV with a DVD and international channels, a stereo system with a music library, a DVD library and games. The laundry facilities comprise of a washing machine and a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. For the high season, 100% of the total rent shall be paid upfront.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date, the reservation deposit is not refundable. In case of cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date, 100% of the total rental price is not refundable. The high-season bookings are non refundable.
