The property consists of two buildings. The main one is laid over two floors, each of which has an independent entrance. The lower floor has a studio apartment fitted with two single beds, an ensuite bathroom and a sitting area with a TV and a DVD and AC. The upper floor is home to the living room, a kitchen and the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring TV and DVD as well, there are satellite channels and AC. The guest house is situated 15 m away from the main villa. There are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of them is outfitted with twin beds, the other one enjoys a double bed. All the bathrooms in the villa are equipped with Korres toiletries. The luxury villa on Patmos features AC, WIFI, TV with international channels, a printer, a stereo system, a CD-DVD with a library, an MP3 docking station and books. The kitchen facilities include a fridge freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a coffee grinder, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware. Ther eis a Nespresso machine, but the capsules shall be ordered in advance as they are no sold on the island. The indoor dining area sits six, the outdoor area sits 12. The laundry facilities include a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Outside, there is a private pool steps and a lounge area. The strong August winds are blowing at the back of the house so the terraces are not affected.
