This vacation home rental Mykonos is situated in Houlakia. Built in a traditional Cycladic style, the property consists of two buildings. The main building is laid over two floors and covers 75 m2. The lower floor houses a living room with a fireplace, a traditional built-in sofa and a TV. It features a dining area with a table for 6. Further on, there is a totally equipped kitchen and a guest WC. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, kitchenware and tableware. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a DVD. It enjoys a balcony anda  bathroom with a tub. There is a sofa in the landing. Outside, there is a private terrace. Further on, 10 m away from the main house, there is an annex of 30 m2. It is a loft and features two single beds and a separate bathroom with a shower an a WC. There is a table for two and two hotplates. The vacation rental Mykonos enjoys a private outdoor Jacuzzi, parking space, WIFI, AC and TV with international channels.

Northern part of Mykonos is known to be quieter and more family-friendly than the southern partying part though it enjoys an easy access to Mykonos town by car. The town can be reached in about 20 minutes´ drive. Mykonos airport is also about 20 minutes drive away while the new Mykonos port is just 12 minutes away.

Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% in two steps (15% and 35%). The rest together with the Security deposit is payable ONE (1) month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the rent will be retained.
