The Cyclades rental is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the island, Agios Prokopios, and enjoys proximity to a village with the same name that lies in about 1000 m. The Naxos house for rent sleeps six people. It is distributed over two levels. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms that can be laid out as doubles upon request. All the bathrooms enjoy showers. The common areas of the luxury villa Naxos have a living room with a dining area and a kitchen. There is a separate storage room. The kitchen features a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, kitchenware and tableware. Outside, there is a terrain of about 550 m2 with a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower, an al-fresco dining area, a BBQ, a private parking. The house comes with AC, open fireplace, DVD player, TV, and ADSL/WIFI internet connection.

Known for its lovely pristine beaches and crystal water, Naxos is the biggest and one of the most beloved by family travellers islands of the Cyclades. With scenic views of Stelida Bay, the place is ideal for travelling around and visiting the cultural spots including the Portara, featuring Apollo Temple, and the statues of Kouros and the Temple of Demeter in the village of Sangri. The nearest beach is just 150 m away and the nearest restaurant is about 600 m away. Agios Prokopios village lies in around 1km. The Naxos airport is about 2 km away and can be reached in 5 minutes while the Naxos port connecting the island with the other Cyclades islands is 5 km away.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. 45 (forty five) days before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. For the high season, 100% of the total rent shall be paid upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 45 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation 45- 30 days before arrival, the reservation deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days before arrival or less, in case of no-show or an early departure, 100% of the total rental will be retained. The high-season bookings are non refundable.
