There are four bedrooms, all are en-suite plus a separate guest house with a bedroom anda bathroom. There is a guest WC in the main house. The ground floor houses a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a dining area with a table for eight. Outside, there are further two dining areas, each for eight guests. One of them is located right by the kitchen, the other one is by the garden. The latter one benefits from lovely sea views. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, kitchenware, pots and pans and tableware. The first floor has a double bedroom and an independent apartment featuring a bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette and a dining area. The unit has a sofa bed and a patio. The bedrooms of this floor boast sea views. The lower ground floor has the third bedroom and the guest house. Outside, there is a private swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a vegetable garden, a pergola-covered 50 m2 BBQ area featuring a grill, an oven and a sink. Private parking is available on the premises.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 40%. 45 (forty five) days before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. For the high season, 100% of the total rent shall be paid upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation 60 - 45 days before arrival, the reservation deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation 45 (forty five) days before arrival or less, 100% of the total rental will be retained. The high-season bookings are non refundable.
