Santorini Villas For Rent : Featuring a private pool and fantastic sea views, this traditional Cycladic villa is a perfect place for relaxing holidays. Distributed over 3230 sq. m the rental has five bedrooms with private bathrooms. Three of them are fitted with twin beds, the other two have queen-size beds. All the bedrooms enjoy sunlight thoughout the day, have AC, satellite TV, CD/players, direct dial phones, safeboxes and hairdryers. There is a living room with a comfortable sitting area, a dining room and a totally equipped kitchen. The kitchen ia fitted with a fridge freezer, a microwave,  hob, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware. Outside, there is a BBQ and an al-fresco dining area. Being a music studio, the holiday home houses a control room, a drums room, a studio and a booth not accessible by the guests.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, the total rent is non-refundable. Booking with non-refundable rates are prepaid upon confirmation, no money is to be returned in case of cancellation.
