This beautiful Sardinia villa rental is situated just 30 m away from Salina Bamba beach. Covering about 250 m2 and two floors, the Capo Coda Cavallo vacation villa sleeps up to 12 people. There are six bedrooms and six bathroom one of which is fitted with a bathtub while the other ones are equipped with showers. The first floor houses the common areas including a spacious living room opening onto the terrace and the pool and a totally equipped kitchen. Also, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor houses further four bedrooms. Three of them are double while the fourth one enjoys twin beds. The same floor has another living room and a kitchenette. There is a solarium area of 20 m2 with lounge chairs and pillows. All the bedrooms are equipped with AC. The luxury villa rental Sardinia benefits from WIFi, a private garden of about 1700 m2, a swimming pool and parking space.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
