This luxury villa rental Sardinia is located in a prestigious residential area by Porto Cervo. Designed by the renowned architect Savin Couelle the property consist of two houses.

Upper House
The first one has three double bedrooms, all come with private bathrooms. There is a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. You ll find also a pool suite with a cinema room.
Outside, there is an al fresco dining area with a big table for 12 and an additional table for six people, a chill-out area, a large screen of 2 x 2m with a home theater, a BBQ and a swimming pool with sun loungers.

Down House
This part of the estate has two en suite double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a laundry. Outside, there is an al fresco dining area for eight and a BBQ.

Outdoors
There is are six parking slots on the premises, three of them are covered. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and a dryer. There are international SKY channels, alarm, WIFI, iPod dock and AC.

Staff Room
And extra bedrooms with two beds and a bathroom can be use by the staff.

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
