The upper level houses the common areas and features a living room, a dining area, a totally equipped kitchen and a terrace. The medium level houses the sleeping area. There are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Further two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Both have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The same floor houses the spa area boasting a sauna and a hammam and a gym. There is a staff room. The entertainment facilities include flat TVs (in every bedroom) with satellite channels, WIFI and HIFI. The luxury villa rental Sardinia comes with AC, a lift, a video surveillance and an alarm. there is a Jacuzzi and a private heated pool with a whirlpool and a children´s pool. There is a private road that leads from the house to a sandy beach. The Marinella beach has two beach restaurants and a boat rental service. Further restaurants can be found in Porto Marana and Porto Rotondo. The former one has a small grocry shop, while Porto Rotondo enjoys a bigger supermarket. Olbia and its airport are just 20 minutes´drive away.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
