Luxury Villas Sardinia : Situated only 500 m from the marvellous white sandy beach on Costa Smeralda, this exclusive house is thought for a great vacation. It features various furnished terraces and outside spaces perfect for relaxation and dining al fresco. You enter through an automatic gate directly into the parking space for three cars and the garden that will lead you to the main entrance. When coming in, you find yourself in a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the swimming pool of 13 x 4 m. You can rest on the highly comfortable sofas, watching a TV, next to the fireplace. Next to the living room you will have the Master bedroom furnished with a canopy bed, a double bedroom and a children´s bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. All the bedrooms of this area open onto the garden. All these bedrooms have TV and ensuite bathrooms equipped with a shower, double sinks and a toilet. On the other side of the living room, there are two more double bedrooms with closets and TV. Both of them have ensuite bathrooms equipped with showers. The luxury villa has a totally-equipped kitchen with a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee-machine, a toaster, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer and all the utensils and cutlery that you might need to cook and to serve your dishes. Next to it you will have a dining area with a table for 6 people. From the kitchen you can also get to the barbeque area. There a various furnished verandas and terraces. One of them is equipped with an pizza oven. There is a childen playground with swings and slides. There is also a staff house with two double bedrooms that share a bathroom that also has a laundry with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge and an iron with an ironing board.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
