This luxury villa rental Porto Cervo sits close to the famous Pitrizza Hotel. The house is only around 5 minutes´ drive to the beach of Liscia di Vacca and it enjoys fantastic sea views. New, built in typical Sardinia style, the house offers privacy and serenity. The house enjoys around 500 m2, while the garden is around 3000 m2. There are 2 floors. They house 5 main bedrooms and a simpler guest bedroom. The villa sleeps 10 - 12 people. There is AC and WIFI.

This level enjoys 4 bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms and/or in-room showers. Further on, there is a fitness area and a bamboo-covered parking spot for 2 cars.
