Luxury Vacation Rentals Sardinia: This exclusive Italian villa located with a short walk form the beach enjoys a private garden, a pool and a veranda with a BBQ. Its two spacious terraces benefit from sea views. The holiday rental is distributed over two floors. The ground floor has the ample living room with a dining area, a seating room with a TV area and a kitchen. There is a fridge freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, kitchenware and tableware pieces. The same floor features the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and two twin-bedded bedrooms with private bathrooms with bathtubs. These bedrooms are equipped with AC. Further sleeping and lounge facilities are located on the basement floor and is divided into two parts. The first part has a spacious lounge area, a dining area with a table for 16 and a kitchen. The other part enjoys a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a tub and a double bedroom with a wide bunk bed with a shower bathroom. The luxury holiday rental in Sardinia is gated and has four parking spaces.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
