Set by marina of Castelsardo featuring shops and bars and within a short drive from a town and a golf, this letting is s great option for a family or friends´ trip. The terrain of about 6 000 sq. m comprises of a garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, a badminton area, a heliport (landing upon request) terrace with a dining area, a pool with multicolour LEDs surrounded by sand, a BBQ area, a beachfront dining area and a chillout area with a daybed. The house sleeps eight people. The master bedroom is open-plan and is located on the mezzanine floor, it s bathroom is equipped with a shower. The bedroom boasts a jacuzzi. Further sleeping facilities are located on the ground floor. There are three double bedrooms with private bathrooms fitted with spacious showers and outside lounge area acessing the garden. All the bedrooms have TV and DVD. The upper floor houses the last bedroom and benefits from a private entrance and a kitchenette. The living room comprises of a seating area, a TV area and a dining area; it has a fireplace. The luxury house in Sardinia features a totally equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, ice maker, a coffee machine, a microwave, a hob, kitchenware and tableware.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
