Sitting just some minutes way from the beautiful village of Greve in Chianti, the house is half way from Florence to Siena. The property is a perfect base for the Tuscany exploration. Two-storey, this is an XI century traditional stone manor with a separate granary. Sitting on a plot of 3 ha of fields and forest, the home is situated amidst the rolling hills and vineyards.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are 6 bedrooms. The main house has 5 bedrooms, one of them sits on the ground floor, the other ones are on the first floor. The 6th bedroom is on the first floor of the annex (granary); this room has a low ceiling. A baby cot is available upon request.
Bedroom 1: king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, shower, AC.
Bedroom 2: king-size bed, double bed, bathroom with a shower, AC.

Living areas
The main house living areas are located on the ground floor. There is a spacious living room with a tea area, a aTV with a seating and a sitting room with a fireplace. The room opens onto the garden and the BBQ area.
There is a fully equipped kitchen that also opens onto the garden and a dining room with a table for 12. The home enjoys a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.
The annex has a kitchen with a hob and a fridge and a lounge area with a sofa. Also, ther eis a gym with a treadmill.
Outdoors
The home enjoys a private pool of 12 x 5 x 0,8-1,4 m. There is an al-fresco dining area, a seating area with armchairs and a BBQ.

Greve in Chianti is a small Tuscan village in the metropolitan area of Florence, known as the door to the famous wine region of Chianti. It sits in Val di Greve valley and it was called after a small river crossing the area. The landmarks of the village include a Franciscan monastery, a Sant Croce Church and various medieval buildings along with the central piazza. There are several cafes and eateries, a couple of shops and a wine museum. The village is only 11 minutes´ drive away from the house.
Florence itself lies around 1 hour drive away. Halfway between Florence to Siena, the area is a good base for the area exploration. Chianti is an ample stretch of land spanning parts of Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
Florence airport is a bit less than 1 hour drive away and Perugia airport is around 2 h 5 minutes drive away.

In case of cancellation more than 2 months before arrival, the reservation deposit is not refundable.
In case of cancellation 2 months before arrival or less, in case of a no show or early departure, the total rent will be retained as a penalty.
