This villa sits in an altitude of around 800 m in the village Brunate above Lake Como. The village has a couple of restaurants, a shop, a drug store and some other first-need amenities. For further facilities, Como town is just some minutes away from the house. There is a cable cara that can bring you from Brunate to Como in only 7 minutes. The Swiss border is only 25 minutes away. Lugano airport can be reached in around 1 h, Milano Malpensa Airport sits circa 55 minutes away.
For those who want some culture, the city of Milan is a bit more than1h by car. A helicopter trip will take you around 15 minutes. Those ready to explore the area around shall head to Bergamo, Turin, Verona and can even arrive in St.Moritz.
