The property overlooks Lake Garlate lying just off Lake Como that, according to local legends, was the source of inspiration for Leonardo da Vinci for surrounded-in-mystery Mona Lisa landscape.

This historic mansion sits on Garlate lake shore, in the same-named villa, Garlate. Being within a village, the home enjoys easy access to some first need amenities including shops and cafes. Within a bit more than 1 h drive form Milan airport and Milan itself, the property is a great palce for travels with kids that are not ready to be in the car for a long time. Lake Como is just few minutes away and the town of Lecco can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car.
Lake Como is known for its picturesque landscapes and refined restaurants. It has been attracting the powerful people from all over the world for a carefree summer vacation for several decades. Located within easy access by helicopter to many top spots including St. Moritz, Milan, Verona, Ferrari circuit and Lake Guarda.

Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance along with the damage deposit are due no later than 1 month before arrival. Longer stays may bring along stricter payment policies. Please, enquire.

Paid amounts are not refundable.
