This two-storey luxury villa sits on the western shore of the Como Lake, one of the most exquisite spots of Italy. Located on a slope of a small charming village of Sala Comacina, this home enjoys stunning views over the lake, Belaggio, Villa Balbianello and Comacina island. With its impeccable modern design yet with respect to natural surrounding and use of local materials like cherry wood and serpentino stone, the place is what any aesthete would look for.

Living areas
The common areas have some steps within. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys various appliances. There is a hob, a hood, a Miele oven with a steamer function, a microwave, a plate warmer, a fridge and freezer, a mini bar and a coffee machine.
Further on, there is a living-dining room with wonderful lake views. It features a chimney with wood stock, a spacious seating, a TV and a dining table for 12.
Outdoors
The property enjoys a terrain of 3000 m2. You will find landscaped garden area with local plants and aromatic herbs including lavender, jasmine and rosemary. There is a 18m long swimming pool and a heated Jacuzzi. The area is equipped with an outdoor shower. Also, there is a BBQ area and an al-fresco dining area plus a lounge.

Sala Comacina is a small village on the western shore of Como Lake mostly known for its charming Comacina island, the only one island on the lake. The area is situated right on the border with Switzerland and enjoys magnificent green mountain landscapes. Beloved by sophisticated travellers from all over the world, Como Lake is visited by lots of famous guests every year.
The home sits in the upper part of the village that houses a couple of restaurants and Sala Comacina beach, access to the lake. The closest grocery shop lies around 8 minutes´ drive away.
Como Lake lies within easy access to 2 airports: Milano and Lugano. Both are around 1 h drive away from the house. The former one is in Italy, the latter one is in Switzerland.

Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance along with the damage deposit are due no later than 1 month before arrival. Longer stays may bring along stricter payment policies. Please, enquire.
