This classical Tuscany villa sits in the area of Chianti Classico, within a short drive from Gaiole in Chianti, a charming village with lovely cafes, restaurants and first-need amenities. The property benefits from a private chapel dated 1584 that makes it a perfect wedding villa. The property enjoys 2.000 m2 and a garden of 23.000 m2. It feature a private swimming pool, a tennis court and a helipad. Also, there is historic cellar on the basement floor. The property offers daily breakfast. There are 7 bedrooms that sleep 14 people in total. 

Ground floor

This level enjoys the main entrance area, a kitchen, an indoor dining area and 2 living rooms. The kitchen is totally equipped, the dining area seats 14 people. 

First floor

The upper level has an office room with a desk and a living room with satellite TV. The floor is divided into 2 areas. The first one comes with 4 bedrooms, 3 common living areas, a totally equipped kitchen,  an indoor dining area for 8 people. It has 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub, while the last bedroom enjoys a single bed. Its bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.
The other area of this floor houses 3 bedrooms, 2 common living areas and totally-equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms is triple and enjoys 3 single beds, hiel the other 2 bedrooms have double beds. All the bedrooms are en-suite. Their bathrooms come with showers and bathtubs.

Outdoors

The house enjoys stunning outdoor areas. There is a spacious garden of 23.000 m2 with a private swimming pool of 50 m2. The pool enjoys a sunbathing area with loungers and a pergola-covered sitting area. Further on, there is an al-fresco dining area for 14 (pergola-covered) and a built-in BBQ. The luxury villa Siena enjoys a tennis court, a helipad and a private chapel.

This is where some of the finest Italian wines are created and where you can find some of the most beautiful landscapes. Gaiole in Chianti itself is about 12 minutes drive away, Radda in Chianti is about 18 minutes away and Lecchi can be reached in about 17 minutes. All these 3 villages house charming cafes and restaurants, local shops and some other first-need facilities.
Florence and its airport are about 1 h 10 minutes´ drive away.  Another bigger town of the area, Arezzo, is around 1 h drive away.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
