Sitting in the hills of Tuscany, in the province of Siena, this totally-refurbished house for rent enjoys sleek interiors and perfect modern amenities. Just 13 minutes´ drive form Radda in Chainti and other charming villages of the area, it is Ideal both for families and friends. The house is set on 3 floors and offers inimitable 360-degree views. 

Lower ground floor

This level houses a wine cellar with a selection of wines available upon request (it is locked unless request. Wins is not included in the rental price). Also, the same floor houses a gym featuring a static bicycle, a rowing machine, some weights and yoga equipment. Further on, there is a spa area with a steam room and a shower. This level houses 2 bathrooms. One comes with a bathtub, while the other one enjoys a shower.

Ground floor

This floor houses the common areas. They include a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The living room comes with a sitting area, a TV and a fireplace. The dining room features a table for 12 and a bar. The kitchen enjoys all the modern facilities one might need for a carefree vacation in Siena. There is a gas stove, an induction stove, fridge freezer, cutlery, kitchenware and tableware. There is a smaller dining table on the other end of the room. A lift connects the ground floor and the first floor.

First floor

This floor houses the sleeping area. All the bedrooms come with inseparable double beds. have wardrobes, desks and TVs. Also, all the bedrooms are en-suite and features showers.
The same very floor houses the second living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a fireplace. There is a TV and a bar.

Outdoors

This luxury villa rental Siena benefits from a private fenced swimming pool of 12 x 5 x 1,4 - 2 m with Roman steps. The house is a part of a bigger winery estate of about 100 ha with vineyards and olive trees.

Sitting in the heart of the Chianti region, this villa rental Siena enjoys proximity to one of the most charming villages of the area, Radda in Chianti. Also, it is within a short drive from some other beautiful villages of the area including Lecchi, Gaiole in Chianti and San Santo. All of them are about 15 - 20 minutes´ drive away.
The area of Chianti and neighbouring areas are known for some of the finest wines of Italy including Chianti, Vino Nobile de Montepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino and some others.
Also, Tuscany houses 7 Unesco Heritage sites - Florence, Siena, Pienza and San Gimignano old towns, Pisa Cathedral Square, Val d´Orcia valley and Medici villas and gardens.

Additional Information

Limpieza diaria:

Daily cleaning of 5 hours a day (one housekeeper) from Monday to Saturday is included. She can stay longer and do extra tasks upon request (with a fee).

Tasas:

All the taxes except for the Tourist Tax are included Tourist tax shall be paid at the spot at arrival ( 2 EUR per person and night for maximum 7 nights).

Electricity of up to 600 KW/week is included. 
Pool heating is not included and shall be paid against metre reading (count on about 50 EUR per day).

A family-style welcome dinner is included (wine is not included).

Guests CANNOT access the laundry area and shall request the washing from the housekeeper.
Wine cellar is locked unless the guests want to buy some wine. You shall request this service from the housekeeper.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 15:00.
Check-out before 10:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) months before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
