This cozy Tuscan villa sits in Siena province. It is within 6 minutes' drive from a small village housing several cafes and restaurants, a couple of shops and some other essential amenities. The famous town with hot springs of Bagno Vignoni are about 17 minutes away as well as some other charming villages of Tuscany. The house sleeps up to 12 people, it is divided into 3 areas that are interconnected. The whole house enjoys AC, WIFI, a multi-purpose yoga room 100 m away from the house, a billiard table and a salt-water heated swimming pool.

Area 1

The first area enjoys the main entrance housing the kitchen with a dining table for 12 and a spiral staircase to mezzanine with a chill-out area with a daybed. This part of the house features a bedroom with a double bed and a small sitting area with two armchairs. The room benefits from a bathroom with a shower faucet.

Area 2

Further on, the second apartment of this Tuscany house rental is set on 2 floors. The ground floor houses a living area with a fireplace. Also, there is a kitchen and a dining table with chairs. The same level houses a double bedroom with a shower bathroom.
Upstairs, there is one more bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a jetted tub with a shower faucet.

Area 3

Then, the last apartment is also distributed over 2 floors. The ground floor comes with an entrance housing a living-dining room and the stairs leading upstairs. The living room enjoys a sitting area and a fireplace. There is a totally equipped kitchen. 
This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of them sits on the ground floor, while the other ones are on the upper floor. All the bedrooms have double beds, one of them (on the 1st floor) can be laid as a twin bedroom upon request. All the bathrooms features showers, one of them (on the ground floor) also has a washing machine.

Outdoors

Outside, there is a garden with several chill-out areas and furnished terrace. Also, there is a vegetable garden and a salt-water heated swimming pool of 18 x 4 x 1,5 m. There is a sheltered dining area and a BBQ. The uncovered parking takes 3 cars, plus there is a garage.

This charming house sits in Tuscany, in the area of Pienza village, within a short drive from the hot springs of Bagno Vignoni, within Siena province. The closest village enjoys several restaurants and cafes, a couple of grocery shops and some other first/need facilities. Siena town is about 1 h drive away, as well as Arezzo, both worth visiting. The nearest airport sits in Umbria, the airport of Perugia. A trip there will take you about 1 h 20 minutes by car. While Florence and its airport lies around 1 h 45 minutes drive away.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) months before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
